A two-week NYPD investigation led to a raid of two lucrative heroin mills in the Bronx, and resulted in the arrests of 11 people. The two factories-- located at 2287 Loring Place in University Heights and 1694 Selwyn Ave. In Mount Eden-- were producing roughly three kilograms of dope a week.
